Working with Veronica Trew over five sessions you will recognise when you are naturally ‘full’ so that you end up quite happy to eat less, and less of the foods you normally crave or have a weakness for. You will be motivated to exercise more and exercise is recognised as a key factor in supporting any weight control programme. Advice on the type of exercise can also be given, drawing upon Veronica’s experience in the field of Physical Education and working with elite triathletes.

Fees and Booking
Your Weight Control Programme involves five sessions and this investment in yourself is £70 per session.
By combining Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Hypnotherapy (CBH) your sessions will be tailored to your specific needs. You will also be given a CD to listen to between each session. The changes don’t just occur in the therapy room!
